The training sub-committee will continue to act as a central co-ordination and reference point for a number of the training and development activities undertaken by the association. The Sub-Committee is comprised of highly experienced training and development professionals from across insurance organizations. The sub-committee will prepare major calendar of programs for the year on basic and specialized short and long term courses on general insurance. The committee will attempt to espouse the insurance knowledge obtained from overseas insurance academics. Members list are here-
